    Termination system

    The Fuselite termination system combines the advantages of optical-connector and fusion-splicing technology. Cleaved fiber is installed in the connector ferrule and factory-polished. A micro-fusion splicer provides the ability to fuse singlemode or multimode fiber within the ferrule. The unit can be used for standard fiber-to-fiber fusion splicing by attaching an adapter unit.
