A new line of DWDM products, based on the thin-film filter technology, features an epoxy-free optical path and low insertion loss, typically 4.0 and 6.0 dB for 8- and 16-channel 100-GHz devices, respectively. The line includes a 100- (0.8 nm), 200- (1.6 nm), and 400-GHz (3.2 nm) DWDM. The standard products include 100-GHz DWDMs in 8 or 16 channels; 200-GHz DWDMs in 4 or 8 channels, and 400-GHz DWDMs in 4 channels. Custom channel plans are available in all-channel spacing. These devices are Telcordia GR-1209-CORE.
