    AFOP releases MU singlemode loopback

    FEBRUARY 23, 2010 -- Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. has debuted an MU singlemode loopback. It features a compact housing design engineered to enable multiple loopbacks to be inserted side by side in 8- and 16-port high-density adapters.

    FEBRUARY 23, 2010 -- Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. (NASDAQ Small Cap: AFOP) has debuted an MU singlemode loopback. It features a compact housing design engineered to enable multiple loopbacks to be inserted side by side in 8- and 16-port high-density adapters.

    The loopbacks have a maximum IL of 0.5 dB at both 1310-nm and 1550-nm windows, which meets that of patchcord loopback alternatives. The new loopbacks are also available in various attenuation levels upon request.
