Mask-testing package
The Model MT03 is a telecommunications mask tester that includes an optical-to-electrical converter, reference receiver, and software for automated mask testing STM-1/OC-3 and STM-4/OC-12 optical signals. The package is a dedicated mask tester with a "finder" engine than can locate any isolated pulse. It loads masks and panel setups in a single action, uses automatic parameters to normalize or do mask-to-signal autosetup, and performs attenuation and offset adjustments. The mask-testing package with O/E converter for ITU G.957 STM-1/OC-3 and STM-4/OC-4 sells for $4950. The mask-testing package and adapters for ANSI T1.103, ITU G.703 electrical signals plus ITU G.957 optical signals is $7750.
