OC-48 digital receiver

Operating at 1310 and 1550 nm, the OC-48 digital fiber-optic receiver integrates ultra high-speed pin diodes with GaAs hbt amplifiers to convert digitally modulated light to electrical signals. Standard configuration is an eight-lead butterfly package with two differential high-speed outputs and singlemode fiber input. The receiver also has an InGaAs photodiode and GaAs hbt transimpedance amplifier with automatic gain control.
