Tektronix Inc., Beaverton, OR, has formed a technology-transfer agreement under which ADC Telecommunications Inc. is licensed to manufacture and sell optical test access units (otau) using Tektronix`s patented mechanical fiber-optic switch technology. The otau access mechanism connects test equipment to portions of fiber-optic cable.
