The vmcm2.5MD-422 driver amplifier supplies 4.7Vpp from scfl (0.9Vpp) input levels with response times of less than 80 psec. Suitable for EML or Mach-Zehnder light modulators, this 2.5-Gbit/sec driver comes in a 0.48 ¥ 0.48 ¥ 0.17-inch surface-mount package.
