Gigabit Ethernet transceivers

These 850-nm VCSEL and 1300-nm FP laser Gigabit Ethernet transceivers now include options for distances from 10 to more than 70 km. All modules meet or exceed IEEE Draft P802.3z D5.0 specifications, including Class I Laser Safety. The PCI-mezzanine-compliant (9.8-mm maximum height) 1ٻ pin-out package is made of conductive plastic to provide RFI shielding.
