Multimeter

The ES 360 multimeter tests optical flux. The device features an InGaAs sensor and is used with singlemode and multimode fibers to detect flux levels from -70 to +7 dBm. Operating from -10 to +45C and weighing 1 lb., this pocket-sized unit has a spectral range of 820 to 1600 nm. Measurements can be taken in milliwatts, dBm or dB. Options include an integrating sphere that allows testing of lasers for optical-fiber amplifiers with 500 milliwatts of power.
