The OFM130 short-haul, millimeter-resolution, zero-deadzone, real-time, high-sensitivity optical time-domain reflectometer operates at 1300 and 1550 nm. It can measure insertion and return losses of pigtail-length components and fusion splices in a few seconds; detect cracks, breaks, and microbends; measure skew in ribbon cables; and analyze and troubleshoot fiber amplifiers.
