The VeEX FX41xT Selective PON Power Meter for GPON and XGS-PON is designed to provide simple, accurate testing of dual PON downstream 1490/1577-nm signal levels.
The VeEX FX41xT Selective PON Power Meter for GPON and XGS-PON is designed to provide simple, accurate testing of dual PON downstream 1490/1577-nm signal levels. The testing process is incredibly fast and straightforward, says VeEX—it loads instantly when powered on. Technicians only have to connect the fiber to get immediate results for both wavelengths simultaneously. Along with displaying PON downstream signal levels, the FX41xT can automatically check for and display pass/fail compliance. Preloaded with the latest ITU-T standards, it advises if signal levels pass/fail based on the test location (OLT or ONT/ONU) and ITU-T class. Users can also customize their own thresholds or turn off the compliance display.

Judge’s Comment: “This is a yet smaller power-meter-only version of the FX41 family. It does bring the visible fault indicator.”
