AirTies and AirSonics have announced that that more than 30 regional operators across North America presently deploy AirTies' Smart WiFi solutions.

AirSonics serves as a strategic partner for AirTies, offering managed WiFi solutions and the StratiFi whole-home WiFi portfolio to regional service providers throughout North America. The company's products include Mesh Access Points (APs) from AirTies, branded as AirSonics' StratiFi 4920s, to help operators upgrade in-home WiFi performance and coverage.

AirTies Smart WiFi software directs consumer devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, IoT, smart home devices, etc.) to the optimal channel and band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), based on real-time network conditions. Other deployed products include AirTies' Remote Manager, a cloud-based WiFi network management tool designed to provide real-time visibility into subscribers' WiFi usage, allowing remote diagnostics and troubleshooting with proactive alarms and insights into data consumption patterns and client devices.

"AirTies is perhaps best known for providing Smart WiFi solutions to national or multinational service providers, but local and regional service providers face the exact same challenges and opportunities when it comes to in-home WiFi," said Philippe Alcaras, CEO of AirTies. "Consumers want consistent WiFi in every corner of the home, and operators want more insights and control over home networks. AirSonics' extensive experience has enabled us to reach dozens of new operators across North America."

"At AirSonics, our mission is to help local and regional operators with the right products and solutions to differentiate and grow their businesses," said Ron Musai, president and CEO of AirSonics. "Operators know that providing premium in-home WiFi is critical, which is why we partnered with AirTies. AirTies' Smart WiFi and remote management software empower us to offer the best scalable, end-to-end wireless networking solution to our customers and prospects in towns and cities across North America."
