IneoQuest Video Analytics Talk to Subs' Devices

IneoQuest Technologies announced the release of its Endpoint Analytics SDK, intended to give video service providers real-time visibility into the customer experience by delivering behavioral and operational data directly from endpoint devices to IneoQuest's Audience Measurement Platform for Adaptive Streaming (AMP ASM).

The Endpoint Analytics SDK is a lightweight client proxy software library designed to integrate into a service provider's media player. Integrating the Endpoint Analytics SDK with IneoQuest's video analytics and service assurance products for multiscreen and OTT is intended to provide visibility into video streaming quality along with the necessary information to understand the customer's behavior when impacted by service issues.
