Wave Broadband Picks GLDS Workforce Management

Great Lakes Data Systems entered into a long-term billing and provisioning agreement with Wave Broadband. The west-coast cable op has been using GLDS' WinCable subscriber management and billing system since 2003.Wave will continue to use WinCable for enterprise billing, as well as service provisioning, customer self-care, and other billing and payment processing solutions. With the recent agreement, Wave Broadband has added GLDS' workforce management solution WinForce.
