Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) has acquired Clearview Networks, a company that surveys, designs, installs and supports managed WiFi, video and cloud services for a variety of markets, including multiple dwelling units, student housing, hospitality venues, and government and education facilities.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"The acquisition of Clearview Networks puts Charter in a stronger position to accelerate the growth and deployment of Spectrum Community Solutions," said Adam Ray, vice president of direct sales and Spectrum Community Solutions.
