Cincinnati Bell (NYSE:CBB) says it will begin offering Fioptics Internet speeds up to 1 Gbps to its residential customers on Sept. 8. The telco began offering gigabit Internet service to small businesses earlier this summer. The gigabit Internet service announcement is part of an overall program from the company to "Light Up Cincinnati."
