German cable operator Unitymedia KabelBW, part of Liberty Global (NASDAQ:LBTYA), has deployed ARRIS' (NASDAQ:ARRS) E6000 Converged Edge Router (CER). The operator is using the CCAP-capable platform to deliver 1 Gbps capacity to its customers for enhanced broadband data and entertainment services.
