The ProStream 9100 with ACE is a high-density solution for processing and transcoding SD and HD video and audio for broadcast and multiscreen distribution. The 1RU platform supports any-to-any transcoding of 60 SD or 20 HD MPEG-2 and H.264 broadcast services, up to 20 SD/HD multiscreen inputs, outputting up to 80 profiles, and all audio codecs.

The ProStream 9100 with ACE features integrated HD-to-SD downconversion and onboard audio processing and transcoding. The platform boasts four 1 Gb ports, allowing it to deliver an aggregate throughput of 4 Gb. It supports up to 1,000 multiplexing and scrambling services and has two integrated 10 GigE interfaces.
