Portuguese operator ZON Multimedia has gone live with the ThinkAnalytics Recommendations Engine for its IRIS pay TV platform. ThinkAnalytics' Recommendations Engine is integrated with the Cisco Snowflake user interface.ZON's IRIS subscribers now have recommendations as part of the set-top box user interface for both linear TV and VOD. Recommendations will be available on ZON ONLINE platforms at a later date. IRIS provides VOD, apps and DVR functionality within the operator-branded EPG.
