Averna has acquired 100% of Europe-based Test & Measurement Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is intended to increase Averna's global reach and provide a strong local presence in Europe.
T&M Solutions, headquartered in Belgium and with offices in the Netherlands and Poland, develops multidisciplinary solutions to test, measure, inspect, assemble and validate products in nearly all segments of the production industry. Its expertise includes semiconductor testing, vision inspection systems and precision assembly.
