Bluestreak Technology announced the launch of Bluestreak Creative Labs, the company's TV, video, and mobile consulting practice. It's intended to give IPTV, cable and mobile operators, and content providers access to experts in embedded video software to accelerate their application development and design projects. The lab team includes system architects, designers, application developers and content specialists.
