"OTT is not a threat to pay-TV operators, but presents an opportunity for them to provide more value to their subscribers and strengthen their stronghold in the market," says Tvinci ahead of the IP&TV World Forum show in London. Operators can take advantage of this opportunity, says the company, by expanding their TV offering and providing a consistent, personalized viewing experience for their viewers across any Internet-enabled device.Tvinci demos at this year's IP&TV World Forum will focus on how broadcasters, content owners, pay-TV and multi-service operators can offer a consistent content consumption experience across PC, Mac, connected TV, set-top box, game console, smartphone and iPad. Throughout the show, Tvinci will discuss how its platform enables multi-service operators to provide content via the web and generate revenues from premium content. The company has also launched its Pay-OTT blog for ideas and discussion of OTT TV.Tvinci's Pay-OTT TV solution consists of two elements, MediaHub and MediaStore. The Tvinci MediaHub is the core of Tvinci's platform, used for the management of video content and business rules on any Internet device. MediaStore is used for user experience management across devices.
