    Portuguese cable operator Cabovisão has selected the OpenStream Digital Services Platform by Ericsson for the provision of VOD services to its subscribers. Using OpenStream, Cabovisão can enhance its subscriber relationships and expand on-demand services revenue while minimizing the deployment costs. OpenStream is based on open, published interfaces and is designed as a comprehensive VOD solution, as well as an infrastructure for providing advanced digital services beyond VOD.
