Direction Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DRCG) and Empyrean Communications Inc. announce that the companies have entered into a Letter of Intent under which Direction is negotiating for the acquisition of Empyrean.
Based in Houston, Texas, Empyrean Communications, Inc. is a National and International Broadband Carrier utilizing OC-192 capacity designed to provide reliable and sufficient bandwidth capacity to service providers geared to the implementation and management of scalable, low-cost high bandwidth virtual private network (VPN) solutions.
The corporate strategic initiatives include the support of an International VPN network to deliver private and secure VPNs to the National and International financial markets requiring multimedia capabilities, as well as to other broadband markets such as Education and Healthcare.
