Inphi adds Sheth as marketing VP to boost 100 GbE CMOS products

Inphi Corp. (NYSE: IPHI) has named semiconductor industry veteran Siddharth Sheth vice president of marketing for Inphi's high-speed connectivity products. Sheth’s first order of business will be to promote Inphi's new iPHY 100G CMOS chips, which the company unveiled this past March.

Inphi Corp. (NYSE: IPHI) has named semiconductor industry veteran Siddharth Sheth vice president of marketing for Inphi's high-speed connectivity products. Sheth’s first order of business will be to promote Inphi's new iPHY 100G CMOS chips, which the company unveiled this past March.

Sheth knows something about 100G silicon, having previously worked at NetLogic Microsystems, where he oversaw NetLogic's 8G Fibre Channel and 10G/40G/100G Ethernet PHY products. He came to NetLogic when the company acquired Aeluros.
