April 14, 2004 Anaheim, CA -- Pulte Homes and service provider PAXIO Inc. have partnered to deliver fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) to five new Northern California communities.

PAXIO will install and operate FTTH networks at the Pulte Homes communities of Mariani Square (San Jose), Elevation 22 (Emeryville), Danbury Place (Sunnyvale), City Limits (Oakland), and Bentley Park (San Jose). The PAXIO solution includes fiber-optic connectivity to each community, ensuring virtually unlimited bandwidth both now and in the future.

By making this commitment to provide homebuyers with the best technology, Pulte continues to provide examples of why they have been ranked highest in customer satisfaction among new homebuilders in the San Francisco Bay Area by JD Power and Associates, say company representatives.

"PAXIO is honored to be selected by Pulte Homes," asserts company president Phillip Clark. "The fiber-to-the-home networks in these communities will provide homeowners the communications infrastructure to enhance their daily life."
