GiantLeap Capital invests in Vantage Data Centers

GiantLeap reports that Vantage is well-positioned to accelerate the adoption of cloud and AI-based technologies.

On June 27, GiantLeap Capital, a tech-focused, structured growth equity investment firm, announced an investment in Vantage Data Centers to support its EMEA and North American growth.

Vantage, a provider of hyperscale data center campuses reportedly owns or controls 25 sites totaling more than three gigawatts of expected capacity.

Sunit Patel, Senior Executive Advisor at GiantLeap, said in a press release, “We are excited to work with Vantage as they continue meeting the critical demands of hyperscalers and other leading technology companies.”

The funding was led by investment vehicles managed by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. and Silver Lake and will facilitate the continued development of Vantage’s next-generation data centers.
GiantLeap and DigitalBridge, along with other venture investors, previously came together with Intel to launch the AI company Articul8.
