Joint venture company

ADC Telecommunications Inc. in Minneapolis has established a 50-50 joint venture company with PCS Wireless Inc., Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Known as PCS Solutions LLC, the company will be based in the United States, and all engineering operations will be located in Vancouver. PCS will deploy wireless personal communications services over cable TV and hybrid fiber/coaxial-cable networks.
