AT&T will serve as network service provider for OK-based credit union

AUGUST 21 -- Under the terms of the three-year contract, AT&T will serve as the primary network and data services provider to 66 Federal Credit Union and will integrate the company's MPLS-based VPN for an enhanced communications network between offices.

AUGUST 21 -- AT&T Inc. (search for AT&T) has been selected to provide network services to 66 Federal Credit Union, a cooperative financial institution with headquarters in Bartlesville, OK.

Under the terms of the three-year contract, AT&T will serve as the primary network and data services provider to 66 Federal Credit Union and will integrate the company's multiprotocol label switching (MPLS)-based virtual private network (VPN) for an enhanced communications network between offices. AT&T's VPN will meet the credit union's growing demand for voice and data applications, network redundancy, and business continuity by providing the necessary network infrastructure and enhanced bandwidth. The unified platform will allow the network to be accessed simultaneously by all locations.
