Bell Canada has agreed to purchase Integrated Network Management products from Nortel, in Toronto. The equipment will comprise more than 1500 network elements and provide broadband network management capabilities that will ease the introduction of Synchronous Optical Network/Synchronous Digital Hierarchy and Asynchronous Transfer Mode services. The value of the deal was not released.
