International FiberCom Inc. (ifci), Phoenix, AZ, has completed its acquisition of the privately held telecommunications engineering and consulting firm Compass Communications Inc., Atlanta, GA. ifci issued 470,500 shares of its common stock to acquire all of Compass`s outstanding capital stock.
