Plug-style 71 adapters are 1.3 inch nominal in length. Styles include FC, SC, and ST combinations. Singlemode versions have an insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB and a return loss of -42 dB. Multimode adapters have an insertion loss of less than 1 dB. The devices have an operating range from -55° to +85°C and remain stable through 500 matings.
