Optical-fiber flat manifold

The optical-fiber flat manifold can break out and protect primary fiber from cable element tubing or a blown fiber unit. The input tube is secured by a clamping system molded into the product. Each output fiber is protected in a ptfe tube. The manifold holds 12 fibers and can be mounted with a self-adhesive pad or by integral screw holes.
