Optical laser modules feature 1.5-dB maximum tracking error across an operating temperature range of -40° to +80°C. The FU-170sld series offers an FC connector option, while FU-124sld offers an SC connector option. Both provide 1- or 0.20-mW typical coupled fiber output power. Typical threshold current is 6 mA, and typical operating current is 9 mA.
