Surface-mount oscillators

The 32.768-kHz series of plastic surface-mount oscillators is available in several models. The 5V SM1145JL has power consumption of 25 microamperes typical. The 3.3V SM1145jlv has power consumption of 18 microamperes, and the 2.7V SM1145jlw unit features power consumption of 17 microamperes typical. Standard operating temperature is 0! to +70!C but the devices are also available in an extended range of -40! to +85!C. The oscillators are packaged in an S04J case.
