Uniphase Corp., San Jose, CA, has a new Networks Components Div. to develop value-added fiber grating modules based on its grating product line. The products are made and manufactured by the Uniphase Fiber Components Div., formerly named Indx. Initial products are to include channel add/drop modules and dispersion compensation modules for high-speed wavelength-division multiplexing (wdm) applications.
