    Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co. will invest 10 billion yen (US$91 million) in two major submarine cable-laying projects--sea-me-we3 and the Fiber Link Around the Globe (flag). Both undersea cables are to run from Japan to the United Kingdom via China, Southeast Asia, the Arabian Peninsula and the Mediterranean Sea.
