Blue Stream Fiber hands CEO keys to Gavin Keirans
Blue Stream Fiber has promoted Gavin Keirans to be the company’s new CEO, leading its continued expansion across Florida, Texas and beyond. Keirans assumes the role after serving as Blue Stream Fiber’s President and COO, where he drove the company’s rapid growth. Under his recent leadership, the company expanded its product portfolio, including the launch of Total Tech Care in partnership with Asurion, which provides residents with seamless support for all their connected devices, among other notable product launches. He also spearheaded efforts to enhance operational efficiency, align cross-functional teams, increase average revenue per user and deepen customer engagement.

CIBL taps Nossokoff to guide mergers and acquisitions
Christopher Nossokoff will join CIBL as Merger and Acquisitions Advisor. Nossokoff currently serves as VP of Finance at The LGL Group and VP of Financial Reporting at M-tron Industries. He was also a former Manager -- Financial Due Diligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nossokoff is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Nossokoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

C Spire names Erick Evans as SVP of marketing
C Spire has named Erick Evans as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Leveraging his brand strategy and strategic growth expertise, Evans will lead C Spire's branding, customer engagement, and marketing strategies to expand the C Spire brand across the Southeast and drive demand for its consumer and business solutions. Before joining C Spire, Evans spent 17 years with Ramey, a full-service marketing communications and business advisory firm in Jackson, Miss. During his tenure, he held various roles, including senior vice president and director of client services, and, most recently, president of the firm. At Ramey, Evans spearheaded growth and strategic initiatives for global and national brands across many industries, including telecommunications, luxury home goods, direct-to-consumer brands and travel.

FBR Solutions names Matthew Glass as CEO
FBR Solutions, a national provider of telecommunications infrastructure services backed by private equity firm FVLCRUM Partners, has named Matthew Glass as its new CEO. A telecommunications veteran with over 25 years of leadership experience, Glass will lead FBR Solutions’ next phase of growth, expanding its capabilities in network design, engineering, and construction nationwide. Most recently, he served as EVP and COO at Bluestream Professional Services, where he led the national expansion of solutions across inside plant, outside plant, and access network. He also held leadership roles at Nexius and Wireless Facilities, contributing to the rollout of some of the earliest wireless networks in the U.S.

Fibernow names former Cable&Wireless exec Dexter Cartwright as CFO
Fibernow has appointed Dexter Cartwright as CFO. In his new role, Cartwright will oversee financial strategy, planning, and performance, supporting the company’s expansion across residential and business markets. Cartwright has over 30 years of experience in finance and operations, including more than two decades in the telecom industry. Most recently, he served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at South Reach Networks. Prior roles include CFO of the B2B division at Cable & Wireless and interim CEO of Bahamas Telecommunications Company. Throughout his career, Cartwright has led more than $1.5 billion in capital investments across 48,000 kilometers of submarine networks and 13,000 miles of fiber infrastructure. He was also instrumental in the development of the ARCOS-1 Submarine Network and numerous telecom mergers and international expansions.

Gigapower promotes Broberg to lead external affairs
Gigapower has named Toni Broberg to the position of Vice President of External Affairs, where she will lead Gigapower’s strategic engagement with local, state, and external stakeholders and support the company’s broadband infrastructure expansion and public policy initiatives. She will also serve as a member of the leadership team, driving the company’s overall strategic growth initiatives. Before joining Gigapower in 2023, Broberg served as President of the Desert Southwest Region for AT&T, overseeing operations and external affairs across Arizona and New Mexico. She brings a wealth of public sector experience to her corporate leadership, having served in the Obama White House as Deputy Associate Director for Communities at the Council on Environmental Quality. She also held the role of Senior Advisor for Congressional Affairs at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and has extensive experience navigating complex government affairs at the local, state, and federal levels.

Render Networks names new strategy and revenue leaders
Render Networks has bolstered its leadership team by naming David Hicks as Chief Strategy Officer and Anish Kelkar as Chief Revenue Officer. Hicks more than 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications and network operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Construction at Cox Communications, overseeing a $1 billion annual capital portfolio. He also held senior roles at Cox and AT&T, leading large-scale infrastructure, engineering, and operations initiatives. As Chief Strategy Officer, Hicks will guide long-term planning, lead market opportunity assessments, and support investor and partner engagement. Kelkar comes to the CRO role with over 30 years of global telecom experience in strategic consulting, sales, AI-driven innovation, and operational transformation. He has held key roles at IBM and Bell Labs, delivering data-centric solutions. As Chief Revenue Officer, Anish will lead Render’s go-to-market strategy, drive customer and partner growth, and scale commercial operations as demand for modern broadband delivery accelerates.

Tillman Fiber taps Crown Castle and Verizon veteran Ed Chan as CEO
Tillman has named Ed Chan as CEO to lead its expansion strategy, which will provide fiber to underserved communities across Florida. He succeeds Tim Salmon, Tillman Fiber’s Chief Operating Officer, who had been serving as acting CEO. Chan joins Tillman Fiber from Crown Castle, where he served as EVP and Chief Information Officer, leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and information security strategies. Before joining Crown Castle, he spent over 30 years at Verizon, where he held numerous senior roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Network Engineering Officer. At Verizon, Chan led technology strategy, product development, network engineering, and infrastructure planning and operations. Chan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S.E. in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Fortress Solutions, a global services and software company supporting communications networks.
