CentraCom's Gunnison Telephone Company acquisition enhances its Utah fiber and broadband footprint
CentraCom, a subsidiary of LICT, is acquiring Gunnison, Utah-based Gunnison Telephone Company in a move to deepen its Utah market presence. After meeting required regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to close in December 2025.
