400G+ Networks, Artificial Intelligence Applications and liquid cooling to be highlighted at Data Center Insights Event

Produced by Lightwave’s parent company EndeavorB2B, the online technical conference will take place July 15 and 16, addressing a range of issues that affect data center operators, practitioners, and vendors.

On July 15 and 16 Lightwave will join several of its “sister” media outlets to host an online conference-style event titled Data Center Insights. Comprising 11 technical sessions, the event will be broadcast from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm EDT each day.

Along with Lightwave, EndeavorB2B’s Cable Installation and Maintenance, Data Center Frontier, and ISE have organized the program’s content. The full agenda, which you can see here, reflects the breadth of these outlets’ audiences and coverage areas.

Some sessions that may be of particular interest to optical and broadband professionals include the following:

  • Testing High-Density Fiber Links: Best Practices for VSFF and 400G+ Networks (to be held Wednesday, July 15 at 1:30 pm EDT; delivered by Fluke Networks)
  • The New Build Model for AI: How Prefabrication Is Changing Speed to Market (to be held Thursday, July 15 at 2:00 pm EDT; delivered by Schneider Electric)
  • Preparing for the Next Generation of Data Center Cooling: Why Liquid Cooling Matters (to be held Thursday, July 15 at 12:00 noon pm EDT; delivered by Panduit)

In describing the focus and content of Data Center Insights, EndeavorB2B says, “Today everything is at an all-time high in the data center industry: computations, energy consumption, cooling requirements, security concerns, density of infrastructure—and the stakes if something goes wrong. Data Center Insights … covers the systems, technologies, and practices that move data centers forward, and enable these facilities to move the world forward.”

Each session is free to attend, and the event’s content is offered “a la carte.” Anyone interested in attending can register for as many or as few events as they wish.
