Ribbon: Apollo IPoDWDM OLS

As a purpose-built OLS for IPoDWDM applications, Ribbon’s Apollo IPoDWDM OLS features a stackable 1RU pizza-box per degree, making the OLS easy to configure based on the number of degrees required and preventing the entire ROADM node from being disabled if a box fails. An integrated twin 9-degree WSS supports low insertion loss architectures and built-in colorless add/drop. To configure ROADM and terminal nodes, the platform includes two variants — WSS+Amp and Amp only—as well as various management options (Muse, OpenConfig, NETCONF, SNMP, CLI, WEBGUI).
