Infraeo: 9 Meter 800G OSFP Active Electrical Cable

Designed to deliver high-speed, low-latency data over copper at lengths up to 9 meters, Infraeo’s E2-100 series is a parallel 800Gbps, 8-lane OSFP Active Electrical Cable (AEC). Typical 800G AECs have a reach of 5-7 meters. The 9-meter AEC allows connection up to 7 racks away, which typically would require expensive optics. Each module offers 8 independent transmit and receive lanes at 100Gbps per channel, supporting full-duplex 800G throughput. Consuming less than 11W per end, it provides a power- and cost-efficient alternative to traditional optical solutions, while offering identical interface and performance. The module is fully compliant with OSFP MSA and the OIF CMIS 5.0 standards, hot-pluggable, and equipped with an onboard MCU for advanced diagnostics and configuration via a standard 2-wire I2C interface.
