With Auto Negotiation & Link Training and MACsec on all ports, plus real-time analytics and 2.5 ns latency precision, the A3 accelerates development and ensures seamless interoperability. The A3 400G Appliance delivers high-performance testing for 400G, 200G, 100G, and lower speeds for both PAM4 and NRZ signal types. With built-in support for Auto Negotiation and Link Training (AN/LT) and MACsec on all ports, it provides flexibility for validating switches, routers, and high-speed interconnects in cloud-scale, AI-driven environments. When paired with TestCenter software, the A3 delivers real-time analytics, automated workflows, and precision latency measurements down to 2.5 ns. As a key part of VIAVI’s portfolio enabling the transition to 400G, 800G, and 1.6T networks, A3 supports synchronized timing across up to 255 appliances without external clocking.
