Fiber Optic Network Solutions Corp., Northborough, MA, will provide Massillon Cable TV, Massillon, OH, and Clear Picture Inc., Wooster, OH, headend crossconnect equipment and splicing as well as all of the outside-plant cable necessary to convert current coaxial wiring to an upgraded fiber-optic system. The total project value is $9 million. The effort will include 250 street-miles of fiber-optic cable and should be completed by the end of this year.
