Media conversion products

The Conversion Center platform is capable of accepting this company`s line of Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, fddi, Token Ring and Gigabit Ethernet conversion tools, which are already shipped as stand-alone units. The system offers snmp management and redundant power options, and may be used for wiring centers in large LANs. The package supports 16 slots in a 19-inch rack-mountable design. Twisted-pair to single- or multimode fiber converters are available for Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, atm, Token Ring, and fddi. Multimode-to-singlemode converters are available for each of these environments, including a Gigabit Ethernet media converter.
