Laser-diode drivers in the ldd¥series offer 100-, 200-, and 400-mA drive current and operate in constant current or constant power mode, even when modulated. Twelve-turn trimpots allow precision control when adjusting output set point and laser limit current. Buffered outputs allow monitoring of the photodiode and laser-diode currents. Analog modulation bandwidth is 2 MHz. Operating temperature is 0° to +50°C (guaranteed) and -40° to +75°C (typical).
