Yongin City of South Korea has chosen MPLS-based platforms from Telco Systems, a BATM company (LSE: BVC, TASE: BATM), for a fiber-optic network that will connect the city’s libraries and administration buildings and support city-wide video surveillance (CCTV).
Telco Systems has supplied its T-Marc demarcation product line, T-Metro aggregation product line, and EdgeGenie service management system in conjunction with its Korean authorized reseller, Diznet.

Yongin, located in the southern Seoul metropolitan area, has seen an expanding requirement for networking at it continues to grow as a hub for technology, tourism, and transportation, according to Telco Systems.
