Sonet/sdh receiver

Operating at 622 Mbits/sec, the srm-622 fiber-optic receiver module incorporates an InGaAs pin photodetector, GaAs preamplifier, silicon postamplifier, and saw filter-based timing-recovery unit. The receiver uses a 5V power supply and is ecl/pecl-compatible. srm-622 can be used for Sonet OC-12, sdh, stm-4, and other fiber-optic transmission applications.
