Minneapolis-based ADC Telecommunications Inc. has acquired Da Tel Fibernet in Chickamauga, GA, through a stock transaction estimated at $14 million. Da Tel Fibernet, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADC`s Systems Integration Organization, manufactures telecommunications infrastructure products for voice, data and video services delivery.
