VIAVI partners with Ingram Micro for fiber and cable network test technology distribution

Viavi Solutions Inc. says it has reached an agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. for U.S. distribution of some of the former’s test instruments for fiber and cable MSO networks as well as performance management offerings for enterprise networks

Viavi Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAV) says it has reached an agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. for U.S. distribution of some of the former’s test instruments for fiber and cable MSO networks as well as performance management offerings for enterprise networks. Ingram Micro will make available to its customers such VIAVI test instruments and products as the FiberChek Sidewinder and T-BERD/MTS-2000 OTDR for fiber networks, Trilithic cable signal leakage detection for copper and coax applications, Observer enterprise network performance monitoring and diagnostics (NPMD) technology, and a range of optical meters.
